To recruit new retail and businesses downtown effectively an informational and marketing package is vitally important. DDA has raised $4500 in private funds to produce phase I of this initiative. The Profile Reports are completed and available at the DDA offices and will be available in PDF format on the new Downtown Development Authority website on May 15th. JB White’s Building
Built in 1874, the White’s Bldg. will once again return as a thriving property in the heart of downtown Augusta. Horizon investments in Atlanta closed on this property in June along with the Doris Bldg. located next door.
The project includes 80 contempoorty residences from loft style to three-bedroom for sale beginning at $99,000. In addition 40,000 SF of office/retail space is available for rent.
